  • This depends on the property and the service required. Our staging services start at $450+ for a staging report, and from there you can expect $3500+ for a heart of the home staging.

  • Getting started is simple! Reach out through our contact page and we will discuss the best service to fit your needs.

  • We offer complimentary consultation contingent on the purchase of services from Everly.

    If no services are purchased, the consultation fee is $450.

  • Our team usually takes 2-3 hours to stage a home. For larger homes, it could take 3-4 hours.

    Ideally we would prefer 2 weeks from initial phone call to staging install. This allows us to preview the property, have a consultation with the client, send out a proposal, set a date in our calendar and select furniture.

  • There is a 60 day minimum for rentals, and after the initial 60-day term the rentals are pro-rated. If you have a full-term rental need, we do offer this option as well (model homes, Airbnbs, etc). If you do need the furniture for a full 60 days, we can certainly pick up early at no additional charge.

  • Delivery is part of our service. You don’t need to hire your own truck. We have a dedicated logistics team who will deliver our goods to your home and handle furniture with care.

  • We have over 10 years of staging experience, with the last 5 years focused in the Greater Metro Atlanta area. On average, we stage 30 homes a month—more than 340 each year. As members of The Staging Collective and winners of industry awards, we’re recognized experts in creating spaces that sell.

    You’ll also have a representative of Everly with you, so you can ask us any other questions at that time.

  • Our warehouse is home to all of our inventory. From sofas, dining tables and accent chairs, to throw pillows, art and accessories. We acquire new furniture on a regular basis so our warehouse is filled with new, fresh and contemporary items each time you visit!
