During your appointment, you’ll shop our 8,000-square-foot warehouse and select the furniture you’d like to lease for your project. Once your selections are finalized, we’ll coordinate the delivery.

  • Our inventory includes a wide variety of furniture styles and trends, from sofas, sectionals, and loveseats to accent chairs, dining tables, headboards, and more.

  • Ideally, we prefer two weeks from the initial phone call to delivery. This gives us time to secure a delivery date, schedule your furniture selection appointment, and allow for any additional pieces you may need to source or fill in.

    Availability can vary depending on the season and our current schedule, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your project timeline.

  • Our terms are priced at 30 days. After 30 days we can prorate furniture rentals based on a daily rate or renew for another 30 day term.

  • Absolutely! Furniture leasing can be a flexible option for builders, developers, and other professionals furnishing model homes or showcase properties. If you have your own designer or creative direction, you can select the furniture that fits your project while our team handles the logistics.

    For a fully cohesive model home design, we also recommend our full-service staging. Our team can handle the design, furniture selection, placement, and installation from start to finish.

  • We primarily serve the greater Atlanta area and surrounding communities. If your property falls outside our standard service area, contact us and we'll discuss available options.
